On Wednesday, Feb. 4 at the Prep campus, eight student-athletes participated in the second National Letter of Intent Signing Day of the year.

The student signing event  featured four soccer players: Andy Alvarez, Alexander Moztarzadeh, Alberto Poleo, Khara Vassel, and four football players: George Grimwade, Dominic Shepard, Antonyo Sotolongo, and Jowan Watson.

“It was another successful year for Gulliver’s student athletes,” said Assistant Athletic Director R.C. Ganser, “we had commitments to exceptionally strong academic schools.”

Soccer captain, senior Khara Vassal, described her experience.

“Its an awesome feeling when you finally sign the papers. You commit to a school, and then you wait for what seems like forever for the moment to lock it in,” said Vassal.
