3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Add and mix:
1 cup salad oil
1 cup water
2 cup canned pumpkin
4 eggs
(Optional, fold in cup chopped walnuts)
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use electric mixer to combine. Grease and flour 3 pans. Place in the oven at 350° for 50 minutes. Remove bread from pans after cooling. Serve and enjoy!
