“Being a Raider is a sense of community; I feel like even after graduating high school and college, I’ve continued to feel the sense of community, and my friendships have lasted since then.
If I had the option to choose to go to another school other than Gulliver, I would not take the option, as I feel it prepared me not only academically but overall as a person. The courses and experiences that I had there truly set it apart.
My favorite memories of high school would have to be lunches with my friends or the tennis season. I would love to be able to time-travel and live all of it again.
As a lifer, I learned so many lessons that I have since then carried into my adult life. At Gulliver, I learned how to face my problems head-on and not feel discouraged when things are not going the way I would like them to. And also, I learned how to build long-lasting friendships and relationships with people.”
