“Being a Raider means a lot to me. Since the first day I walked onto campus, the Gulliver family truly took me in. It’s been such an honor to be a Raider and to be surrounded by amazing support staff. I went to Gulliver because both of my parents attended Gulliver. My most fond memory at Gulliver had to be winning a state title for volleyball. It was such a huge accomplishment that allowed me to leave a mark at school and a lasting legacy. I learned the importance of being a well-rounded individual. Gulliver prepares you for so much beyond college; it prepares you for life. The relationships I made, and the lessons I learned helps me flourish and be able to leave my mark in other communities. I think having a legacy at Gulliver is something you should take pride in. A legacy is such a blessing, and it gives you as an individual the encouragement and extra push to want to exceed limits and do it for the people who came before you. I always want to leave a place better than I found it, and I think in the case of both of my parents’ legacies, I was so grateful to have played for the school they went to and experience all the joy they experienced playing a sport for their school. And seeing how hard work can pay off and leave a lasting impression just like they did.”
