Epic Universe has been attracting visitors from all over the world since becoming the newest addition to the Universal Orlando Theme parks in May of 2025. From high-speed roller coasters to child-friendly activities, this theme park provides options for every audience. Measuring 750 acres, it is also the largest of the four parks, as it is more than three times the size of Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Volcano Bay combined.
The layout of this park is different from Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios, as there is a central hub with no attractions or theme, where guests can then walk and enter each world. There are five different worlds in this park: Super Nintendo World, Celestial Park, How to Train Your Dragon- Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter- Ministry of Magic.
In order to enter each world, guests must pass through a tunnel meant to appear like a portal transporting them into a new environment. Each world has been created for visitors to feel as if they are immersed in an alternate reality, from the impressive architecture and interactive experiences to the themed restaurants and attractions. They are all so unique, yet succeed in both amazing and exciting their guests.
The architecture in Epic Universe leaves guests mesmerized. There are small details in each corner that are crucial to the complexity and advancement of the park, from the paintwork and designs on the buildings to the animatronics and lights. The architecture varies, and captures the essence of each world, whether in the queue for an attraction or in the presence of a restaurant.

Universal also does a great job with the interactive experiences it provides to its guests. With the interacting characters walking around and the rewarding games specialized to each world, they allow guests of all ages to feel energized and entertained.
There are a total of eleven attractions in this park. Each attraction differs from each others entirely, allowing guests to enjoy their preferred rides and experiences. The park contains five roller coasters: Stardust Racers, Hiccup’s Wing Gliders, Donkey Kong Mine Cart Madness, and Curse of the Werewolf, two 3D/4D reality rides: Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge and Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry, and one water ride: Fyre Drill. Although there are attractions that fall under the same category, they differ in theme and intensity.
When planning to visit Epic Universe, it is vital to consider the season in which you plan to visit. The park was extremely crowded in the summertime, which extends wait times and can lead to missing out on some of your bucket list items. Regardless of the season, Epic Universe leaves its guests with cherish
able memories and an epic experience.
