Fresh out of the oven, a pepperoni pizza with cauliflower crust is being served. The cauliflower crust pizza is a favorite, as many students and faculty rushed to get a slice. “I have it every single day, and I can’t get enough of it because the cauliflower dough is soft and fluffy and the cheese is perfectly spread on the pizza,” sophomore Norah Henfridsson said.
