“My New Year’s Resolution this year is to go to the gym more. I used to go to the gym really often, and then I got caught up with a lot of schoolwork so I stopped going as much. A lot of my friends go to the same gym as me, so I’ll just make plans to go with them so I can remember to go. This way my friends can also hold me accountable for how often I go. I think some people don’t stay true to their resolutions because they either pick something very unrealistic, lack the discipline to continue, or struggle with organization.”
