“My new year’s resolution is to try new food. I expect to keep up with my resolution because I’m super picky and I need to eat new food so I can gradually become accustomed to food out of my comfort zone. I also asked my friends to hold me accountable to try one new food when we’re out together so I can enjoy my resolution with others. I feel that it’s common for people to dismiss their resolution because it’s super easy to feel motivated and make change when the heat starts fresh but, after it settles in, people become lazy.”
